NAP Credits Now Available

Amethyst House has been awarded $23,700 in tax credits through the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) which is managed by the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA). We have $250 in credits left.

Our goal is to sell all of these credits by September 28th. If we sell all of our credits, there is an opportunity for us to be granted more of the same. These credits are vital to our funding, so don't delay. Please donate today!

Criteria: For a minimum donation of $100 individuals or businesses will receive an Indiana tax credit worth one half of their original donation. In addition, the donation to Amethyst House, a tax exempt, not-for profit organization may be deductible on Federal Taxes as well.

Eligible donations: cash, (which includes check or credit card) stock, building materials, and property.

Instructions: The NAP application process has changed slightly this year. For confidentiality purposes each donor needs to complete 2 forms: the NC-10 Form and the new NC-10 Short Form. Each form only requires one name which should be the head of household, his/her social security number and signature. These forms can be completed prior to printing then all you have to do is sign both forms and mail them along with your check to P.O. Box 11, Bloomington, IN 47402.

Amethyst House is an ebay affiliate. Ebay is the largest auction site on the net. As an ebay affiliate Amethyst House will receive $3.00 each time a new ebay user signs on through the site. It is free to sign up; you do not need to give out any credit card or sensitive information to sign up as a buyer. Also check for Amethyst House charity auctions under the ebay user name Amethyst House. From time to time we hope to auction items to raise money for Amethyst House.

PayPal is a site that will allow you to charge items to your credit card over the net. You can now use your credit card to make a donation to Amethyst House, buy tickets to our events, pay for treatment services, or buy your Amethyst House auction wins. Amethyst House will receive $5.00 for new PayPal members that sign up through this site. You will be able to use PayPal for many other credit card payments on the net.
