2016 Amethyst House Recovery Advocacy Luncheon

​We hope you will join us for the 2016 Recovery Advocacy Luncheon at Bloomington Country Club on Tuesday, December 6th at Noon*. 

Our speaker is Stephen P. Luce, Executive Director, Indiana Sheriff's Association. 

Stephen will discuss the current situation regarding drug abuse, treatment, and education from the Indiana Sheriff's Association's perspective.

Stephen Luce studied and Indiana University, Hanover College, and Murray State University. He then began his career as a supervisor for the work release program in Knox County. In 1990 became a School Liaison Officer with the Vincennes Police Department. 1997 brought him to the Knox County Sheriff's Office as a deputy. Stephen was elected Sheriff of Knox County in 2002.

Stephen Luce has served at the Executive Director of the Indiana Sheriff's Association since February of 2009. He is responsible for administering training for all Sheriffs and their employees, working on legislation, and acting as a liaison for Sheriffs to communicate with State Offices and the Governor's Office.
